We are looking for personable, highly motivated & energetic full-time Sales Representatives who are passionate about solving problems for others, while helping us grow our business and earning a lot of money! We provide all the necessary technology, training and tools needs. Bathrooms are all we do, so we are specialists. You bring the skills and we provide the rest.

We invest heavily in Marketing and Lead-generation - through multiple media-channels, so plenty of qualified Leads are provided to our Sales Consultants. We do bathroom remodeling for Home Depot and
Lowe's. And, we encourage our Sales Consultants to also network and be innovative to build relationships with community organizations & businesses to drive sales growth - and their income, even higher....sky's the limit!

In addition to being an approved service provider for Home Depot & Lowe's, we also sell and market our services through our website, trade shows, TV, newspaper, and many other avenues. We are planning an aggressive marketing campaign for 2021 that will require adding 3-4 design/sales consultants to our existing sales team. Our in-home design consultants visit customers at their home and review their projects, show samples, and design solutions for their bathroom remodeling needs.

This sales job is full time and will require evening and Saturday availability.

Pay: 40k Base Salary + Commissions+ Bonuses

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn, master, and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the company trade area
• Attention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethic and ethics
• A warm, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Salesforce or other CRM a plus
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable transportation, valid driver's license/insurance
